S & V Association is an authorized distributor and certified installer of Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) technology. We are a family-owned business with over 25 years of experience building custom ICF residential homes in Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon and Hawaii. Having worked with many different manufacturers including AAB BlueMaxx, ARXX Building Products, and Fox Blocks, we are product experts and can provide technical support to help you avoid pitfalls during the construction process.

Our Proprietary Building Method

The foundation is the most important part of the structure. How straight the walls are assembled is determined by accurately installing the foundation. Through our years of experience, we have developed a proprietary building method where the foundation is installed as the walls are erected, thereby, creating one monolithic form as the concrete cures.

We Build Better

We care about the details that make a home pleasant and comfortable. We put as much effort into designing the floorplan as we do in building the structure because many features are required to be predetermined ahead of starting the construction. All our homes feature 180 degree views which is only achieved by evaluating the best position for the home on the lot. Our oversized, finished and insulated three car garage area with a workshop space is another feature all homeowners value.
